To get this 'grey balanced' image I used the white balance selector tool to select an area on the image giving it a neutral look.
Warm:
For this image I used the temperature tool on one of the side panels. I moved the temperature slide towards the yellow side causing the image to look a lot warmer.
Cool:
I used the temperature slide again for this image, this time going towards the blue side causing the image to have a blue tint and making the image look cold.
